Hello François,

I don't think that's a real problem. Most likely you have to install the second file called home documents. You can download the files from: ... p/download

The files have to be extracted to the folder: ~/.hnsky

The dot in front of hnsky makes the folder invisible unless you have select show hidden folders. This is the Linux convention/way to store files you can edit/modify.

Hello. I am using the Linux version, 4.1.6b. Today, I finally gotten around to reconfigure all my programs in my new laptop. I have a little problem with HNSKY. Installation is OK, but on setting up the display of the stars, I noticed that in the objects menu the choices to display the constellations boundaries, the milky way, etc... are gone. We now have only one choice in the first drop down: deep_sky.hnd. The other drop downs are empty. Is this a new feature or is there a problem?
